I hired Guardian Law to handle a case, and they collected funds from the insurance company in December 2024. They told me it would take about 30 days to allocate and distribute my portion, though they warned the holidays might delay it by a couple of weeks. I love this company. They help me out with my settlement, and on top of that they made sure I was okay during the time I was involved in my accident. They are the top tier and I love it. Initially my experience was very good. They staff was very informative and had great communication with scheduling my appointments and calling to check on me. Extremely disappointed with this Law Firm. I engaged this Law firm expecting competent legal representation, but my experience was far from satisfactory. They were unable to win my case and instead they come over to my insurance and negotiated a $25000 settlement directly with my insurance company. Despite my request for compensation for lost wages, they refused to pursue this claim. Ultimately, I received only $6000 from the settlement.
