Hands down best team I've had the pleasure of working on my behalf. Always there when I had questions, would be checking in on me weekly at one point. I love this company. They help me out with my settlement, and on top of that they made sure I was okay during the time I was involved in my accident. They are the top tier and I love it. I hired Guardian Law to handle a case, and they collected funds from the insurance company in December 2024. They told me it would take about 30 days to allocate and distribute my portion, though they warned the holidays might delay it by a couple of weeks. It’s now March 2025—nearly 90 days later—and I still haven’t received my money. I’ve called multiple times for updates, only to be told they’re waiting on doctor’s offices to sign off on payments. They give you that wow factor in the beginning. Consistent daily check in for questions, responsive to emails, and gives you a walk through of your step process in case this is your first time or have questions. After dealing a prior law firm , guardian law appeared to be a better selection. After about 2-3 months, the phone calls stopped getting answered or returned, emails take months to get answered, and basically given information that’ll buy time to keep you quiet.
