We had a problem that seemed unsolvable and daunting, and the guys from Guardian were awesome! Not only were they pleasant and personable, but they always reassured us that they would be there until our issue was fixed. Great service and would use again in a heart beat!
Truly excellent service. Our house builder bequeathed us with a problem of drains installed with a reverse gradient both beneath and outside the house, and refused to take any responsibility. Correcting the problem required breaking through the basement floor and the house entrance pathway, re-routing internal drains and restoration. Prompt response, courteous and kindly...Guardian plumbers (Troy, Chris and more) were to a person excellent to deal with. Ours was not an easy plumbing blockage to clear but Troy worked hard, took extra care to keep our basement clean while he worked and cleared the blockage completely to the town sewer line, saving us a more expensive dig up of our driveway and pipe replacement (which had been my fear). I had Troy from Guardian Plumbing came into my home to install a septic pump and piping in my basement. He was friendly and conducted himself in a professional manner. The job was done neatly and I was very happy with the end result.
Pressure tank was poached. Josh was here the next day and did an awesome job explained everything clearly and understandably. Very skilled and personable. Was good with my dog hanging with him (as a helper) the entire time. Even though the helper was taking tools and materials more than he was helping. Great customer service!! Thanks Josh.
