Good service. Good diagnosis of the issue. Even pre-loaded their truck with the suspected replacement part. Seemed like a reasonable price but I didn't have another quote.

Truly excellent service. Our house builder bequeathed us with a problem of drains installed with a reverse gradient both beneath and outside the house, and refused to take any responsibility. Correcting the problem required breaking through the basement floor and the house entrance pathway, re-routing internal drains and restoration. Guardian were innovative, thorough and all personnel very courteous. And their pricing was very modest for the work done. Very good Group to work with. Colin Alston, Brighton ON

We had a problem that seemed unsolvable and daunting, and the guys from Guardian were awesome! Not only were they pleasant and personable, but they always reassured us that they would be there until our issue was fixed. Great service and would use again in a heart beat!

Prompt response, courteous and kindly...Guardian plumbers (Troy, Chris and more) were to a person excellent to deal with. Ours was not an easy plumbing blockage to clear but Troy worked hard, took extra care to keep our basement clean while he worked and cleared the blockage completely to the town sewer line, saving us a more expensive dig up of our driveway and pipe replacement (which had been my fear). I had Troy from Guardian Plumbing came into my home to install a septic pump and piping in my basement. He was friendly and conducted himself in a professional manner. The job was done neatly and I was very happy with the end result.
