I have been living at Guardian House for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The building is brand new, modern and well-maintained. My apartment is spacious for a one bedroom in the heart of a city, with plenty of natural light. The location in Downtown Baltimore is fantastic, close to everything I need. Now Morgan…front to the stage! Why would you get on the phone n let me schedule at 9am same day for a 12p tour then never answer the phone or the exterior doorbell when I arrive!? (mind you its 25 degrees outside) from 11:53 to 12:30 nobody could let me in the building or pick up a phone? I hope you have the day you deserve MS MORGAN.
One star because I had an 11:00am appointment to tour a few units, but once I got there no one in the leasing office answered the door. This could’ve just been a misunderstanding due to it being election day, but when one of the residents was leaving I asked if the office was closed and she said “No, she’s right there in the office. Just ring the bell right there (pointing to the interior doorbell)”. I had been ringing the exterior bell and calling multiple numbers for the property for 10 minutes already. 0 stars! I’ve been literally waiting for them to get back to me about my application I put in for these apartments over a month now !! I have a voucher so I’m on borrowed time ! Before I have to renew it and I’ve explained to someone in the office and she keep telling me every day I call that her supervisor is gonna look it at it for a whole month ! I’m gonna take my voucher elsewhere because if it’s all this I have to go though trying to get in contact with these people I already know I’m gonna have issues like this living ... read more
I knew I should have listen to the reviews. I got texts up til my appointment. I go there no answer go back to car sit awhile . Come back no answer . Y’all need to do better . Waste my time when I could have been at a different apartment who answers. I wish it zero stars. Listen to reviews
