Guerin managed a portfolio of homes for us across Austin and Houston (35 homes). They did an exceptional job! Excellent communication and prompt responses, full service including new home walkthroughs and punch-list follow-up. Payments were always timely. They even prepared all of the homes for the big freeze saving us lots of $$ in potential damages. We sold the portfolio for a substantial profit and the Guerin Team help throughout the transaction to ensure a smooth closing.
Great with handling the rental management and customer service. But be careful about the expenses for the repairs being made, costs more than in California and that too in Texas for a similar property
