I had a great experience with Siddiq and his team. The process was very transparent and easy to follow. The Guidance Residential portal was especially helpful to follow the progress of the application and offered easy access to document uploads and copies. I highly recommend Siddiq and Guidance Residentials to anyone looking for Islamic mortgage and financing.

From start to finish, we had a great experience with the Guidance Residential team! Siddiq was very honest and patient throughout the process with us, and provided me great guidance on all the steps required to secure a loan for our house. Chelsea Hamwi walked us through each step, was very responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had. The entire process was seamless, straight forward, and well informed. Will recommend to anyone looking for someone on their side while navigating purchase of a house.

It was a very bad experience dealing with them after loan approval. I had to struggle to remove PMI and had to go through twice for appraisal options. Guidance personal were not helpful for the customer service., not responding emails, phone calls and texts! I have never ever missed a singe payment but looks like they disappeared after loan agreement was done! So, please stay away from them! The loan officer was great during loan processing! I never recommend any one for this company, thanks

I had heard about Guidance Residential from a close friend who was very happy with them, so when planned to buy a house, I contacted them. As expected, the whole process was very smooth and without any hiccups. Was very fortunate to have Mr. Siddiq Hassan as my agent, who was awesome, walked me through each and every step amazingly well. I have my house now. Thanks to "Guidance Residential" for making that possible in the best possible manner.
