I’m 67 years old and I’ve had several root canals over the years and no one makes it easier than Dr. Bonson. The whole procedure from beginning to end and even after was completely pain free. His office is a beautiful first class operation and the staff is super friendly. I was in and out it in about an hour for a root canal. Impressive! No time wasting evaluation visit and then back for the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Bonson.
I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Hannah Battle. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. She is very professional, explaining every detail of the procedure thoroughly. Everything went smoothly thanks to her and Courtney, who was also very professional, courteous, kind, and caring, really putting my mind at ease throughout the entire process. Thanks again Dr. Battle and Courtney, you both were great, and I really appreciate it. Best wishes through the holiday season, and into the new year. Five Stars!
Everyone in the office was friendly and soooo efficient. It was amazing to watch the tools get handed off to the doc. Most he didn’t even ask for, the assistant just knew. They were quick too. I had a root canal and besides the numbing shot, it was virtually painless. I would recommend to anyone needing their services!
Didn’t go. The reason was Courtney was possibly the rudest person on the phone. It’s sad but my wife, myself, and another friend have all decided to go elsewhere (all within a month) because of the Courtney answering the phone. This dentist office might be great, but the person answering the phone made the decision for all of us. My dentist recommended them and I’ve let them know that they should probably quit recommending them.
Our experience was wonderful. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. Ralph loves to talk and Lacy and Dr. Battle joined in and accommodated him, making him relax and enjoy the experience. They also explained everything about the procedure in layman’s terms. We will recommend your services to our friends. Thank you.
