I had the most pleasant experience I ever had at any Dental office I’ve gone to in my life. Dr.Battle and Lacey were professional in every way. Their interpersonal skills are wonderful! They made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They explained everything being done to resolve my issue. I had no pain except for one small pinch and my issue was resolved in a timely manner. Thank you! I’m 67 years old and I’ve had several root canals over the years and no one makes it easier than Dr. Bonson. The whole procedure from beginning to end and even after was completely pain free. His office is a beautiful first class operation and the staff is super friendly. I was in and out it in about an hour for a root canal. Impressive! No time wasting evaluation visit and then back for the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Bonson.
This was my first time to visit Gulf Coast Endodontic. The wait was very short and they took me back for x-rays and straight to a room. Dr. Bonson looked at the x- rays and examined my problem tooth. He gave me the recommended options and the staff set everything up for a referral. Everyone was really nice and efficient.
From the front desk staff and the lovely young lady who assisted Dr. Scott Bonson, I cannot speak highly enough about everyone here. Dr. Scott was very professional and friendly along with all the staff, and put me at ease immediately. I wasn't in any discomfort throughout my procedure, and my healing was pretty painless too. The facility is spotless, and I would happily recommend Gulf Coast Endodontic Associates.
I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Hannah Battle. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. She is very professional, explaining every detail of the procedure thoroughly. Everything went smoothly thanks to her and Courtney, who was also very professional, courteous, kind, and caring, really putting my mind at ease throughout the entire process. Thanks again Dr. Battle and Courtney, you both were great, and I really appreciate it. Best wishes through the holiday season, and into the new year. Five Stars!
