Dr Horne and his staff were truly outstanding! I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. The nurse that started my IV got my vein on the first try, even though I was dehydrated!!! The last time I got an IV at one of the local hospitals I was stuck 5 times. They finally had to use an ultrasound to get the job done. The atmosphere and the smiling faces put me completely at ease! The procedure was done quickly and was a success. I would definitely recommend them!!!
Highly Recommend Dr.Horne! He takes time to show you the scans and talk through every scenario and step. I felt heard and valued as a patient. He explained how the procedure would go in patient friendly language that was easy to understand. Dr. Horne, the nurses and the office staff were friendly and warm. I felt as though I had been a patient for many years even though it was first appointment. Such a great experience!
What an amazing staff. Dr. Horne, Karli, Kim, Brittany, Amber and Joce were professional, personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. I asked a lot of questions (I mean - a lot) and Dr. Horne and his staff took the time to answer every one of them. I never felt rushed or disregarded. It is hard to imagine anyone getting excited for dental surgery, but feeling at ease and confident that you are receiving the best possible care is reassuring and that is not something to take lightly. The staff were all so nice when I walked in the door. The doctor told me what I had on my cheek and what my options were. He explained the procedure in detail which was a little scary but I was glad he told me. If you want a doctor that is professional and a funny bedside manner then he is your guy
Had 3 teeth removed, one surgically. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable for my procedure. Dr Horne was aces in my book. Recommend them highly.
