I am very very satisfied with my new dentures. All of the staff were very professional, and very kind. They answered all of my questions, and made the dentures very fast and I would recommend Gulf Coast Dentures and implants for anyone to come to get what you need. GOD BLESS ALL OF THE STAFF. My confidence is a lot better now.
The waiting room and whole space is too small as well as the parking lot. The staff was a little too pushy and the surgery seemed like a back room making me wonder if I chose the right place. Overall I did choose the right place. The nurse and was very professional and the surgeon pleasant. I've just never seen a surgery center look and feel like it was 50 yrs. ago. Overall I would return if I needed it , I just wouldn't feel surprised.
Staff and Dr. Watts are great. They are friendly and take the time to explain what they are going to do and make every effort to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I have had 2 procedures performed by Dr. Watts and will not hesitate using the practice again if necessary.
This place is awesome. Every staff member is genuine and so nice. The work that Dr. Watts does is A+. This staff, at both locations, exceeds the industry standards and delivers service that is second to none. I cannot recommend them enough and am very thankful for everything they have done.
Third visit, would highly recommend Dr. Watts and his staff.
