Requested a gutter cleaning. Told them we have gutter guards and they said that’s not a problem and they’ll be put back properly after completion. This is how they left our gutters/roof shingles without even notifying us that they were finished so I couldn’t check the work before they left. I engaged Ned's to wash the siding on my house, a service they provide. While the customer service people are excellent,and the cleaning team that arrived to do the work was indeed efficient, the job was not completed and follow up was disappointing. A large streak of unwashed siding was obvious at the back of the house, in a visible location over the back door. I called them to come back and clean this area. The team that came today to clean and inspect my gutters, downspouts and yard filters were fantastic. They came on time, listened to my concerns, and performed each task thoroughly, and efficiently. They cleaned up as they moved along and performed all tasks professionally. I highly recommend this team for their reliability and workmanship. I asked Ned's Home to look at gutters that weren't draining well. The rep walked the perimeter of the house, did not inspect anything from a ladder, and recommended a full replacement for over $4,000 — telling me a cleaning wasn't worthwhile because of the gutter pitch. I climbed up to check for myself and found the clog was simply sediment that had washed off the roof shingles. After scooping it out and rinsing with a hose, the gutters drained fine.
