We switched from a different company, let's say "Putterh****t", after they wanted us to pay for replacement gutters on a house we bought from the prior owners when we were sure the lifetime warranty said no cost. So after going back-and-forth with a short tempered lady at their office we decided to change companies which was the best decision we could have made. The GutterMaid techs did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend them!
The process for getting this service was top notch - from sign-up to scheduling to payment. It was smooth, convenient, and professional. Plan to use them again in the future. They provide pictures of their work as well. :)
The cleanings have been fine. However, they no longer send verification photos. And, after the last 2 cleanings we’ve had, they have just tried to sell us things that we don’t need. We will probably be switching to someone else who isn’t trying to sell us other services and products.
Ned's was easy to deal with as a company. They contacted us with arrival time for this annual service. Carlos and his team professionally, quickly, and effiently cleaned our gutters.
