TL;DR: I contacted Guy Roofing for a simple roof repair quote and instead got a 2-hour aggressive sales pitch filled with invasive personal questions. After declining service, I was repeatedly contacted — including personal, unsolicited texts apparently generated by an AI system that was fed my info without consent. Despite multiple requests to stop, the communication continued. This is an edited review, as my first review wasn’t so great and I originally only gave them 2 stars. There were some not so great circumstances at first. Just some odds and ends of mishaps here and there as well as some miscommunication. However, after speaking with an employee, the experience with guy roofing improved pretty good. They did everything they stated that was going to be done. CJ was there to the end and made sure that his men were safe and that the job was done according. The Crew was off the chain. They were fast and orderly. They clean up and left my property as they found it. I would hire them again and I would recommend Guy Roofing to anyone. Great Job guys. I had no issues with my Sales person or the installers. They came through 👍👍👍

Guy Roofing was our first and only call to handle storm damage that required a full roof replacement. Their team was professional and attentive throughout the entire process. They worked closely with our insurance adjuster to make sure every issue was addressed. The team that was responsible for our rip off and new install was amazing. Derrick Cothran was exceptional to work with and the crews did a great job keeping our site clean and protected. 5 Stars for Derrick and the crews!
