My boyfriend called GW Jones this morning after being referred by a friend. The technician came out shortly after the call (same day) and diagnosed the problem with our furnace. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem, installed a new thermostat and cleaned the entire furnace. I was very pleased with the service and the price was very reasonable. I will defiantly use GW Jones in the future for my heating and air conditioner maintenance.
Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. From the office to the field technicians they responded almost immediately to my crisis and resolve the issue within hours I never would have expected such professionalism and service.
This company came out to service/clean our AC unit and destroyed it. Now we have to get a new $4,000-6,000 unit. This company is terrible. They are friendly but they do not know what they are doing at all!!! Furious
Juan showed up very soon after I called for service. He was professional and diagnosed my problem quickly and had my furnace up and running in 30 minutes. With a negative 5 degree day, a broken furnace was a real problem and Juan had me working again very quickly. Thank you GW Jones!
Happy new year eve woke up to furnace not igniting called GW Jones first thing in morning Juan came out at 10:30 super nice guy went and got the part and fixed the problem. I have used them about 4 times and will continue. Thank you so much. Sharon B
