My boyfriend called GW Jones this morning after being referred by a friend. The technician came out shortly after the call (same day) and diagnosed the problem with our furnace. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem, installed a new thermostat and cleaned the entire furnace. I was very pleased with the service and the price was very reasonable. I will defiantly use GW Jones in the future for my heating and air conditioner maintenance.
Juan showed up very soon after I called for service. He was professional and diagnosed my problem quickly and had my furnace up and running in 30 minutes. With a negative 5 degree day, a broken furnace was a real problem and Juan had me working again very quickly. Thank you GW Jones!

GW Jones is awesome! They had Juan come out and he was amazing. He fixed my heating twice and I didn't even know my humidifier was broken and he fixed that too! He was the man!! Highly recommend this company!
