PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! My experience with this Gabriel Nguena, MD was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I came in with legitimate concerns and he showed no interest in listening or helping. Instead of addressing what I was there for, he brushed me off and acted as if my concerns were an inconvenience. When I attempted to come back and discuss a separate issue related to my medication, things got even worse. Miram ,And Dr Patel in particular were extremely pleasant and kind dispute how irritated I was by the pain. Dr. Patel is an amazing C.E.O. and it reflected in the presence of the front desk staff. When Dr Patel walked by and spoke the presence of love and authenticity were so thick in the air..it felt like JESUS was in the room himself. I knew I had good help on my team
Our family has followed dr Gabriel for ovet 20 years. He is one of best doctors we have ever met.Not only with his strong professional background but his deep understanding and caring towards his patients...my mother had dementia and breast cancer..with his professional guidance .my mom be able to not only maintenance her mental stability but also survived of breast cancer at stage 3.5 for over 18years....Dr Gabriel is a rare find..and we are lucky....
This clinic is ridiculous. The way they treat people is unprofessional and flat-out disrespectful. The doctor couldn’t be bothered to listen, rushed through everything, and acted like patients are an inconvenience instead of the whole reason he has a job. If you’re looking for a place that actually cares or even pretends to pay attention, this is not it. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that takes people seriously.
It was not a good day. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. But my visit there was a bright spot. The young lady there, I think her name was Miriam, helped me through the process. She checked on me throughout my visit. They need more of her.
