I have had a good experience at the clinic; the staff is always attentive and respectful. The facilities are clean, and the doctor's follow-up has been excellent. Since this is part of a large medical group, they can recommend specialists within the group.
I have been coming to Gwinnett Clinic for many years. Today I visited for my annual physical. Ms. Lily did a great job getting by vitals and blood work. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. My physician is Dr.K he is great and knowledgeable as well.
I did not have a good experience. During the visit, I was asked to pull down my pants, and there was genital contact without gloves. I did not understand why this was necessary for the purpose of my appointment. I felt uncomfortable and unsure about the procedure. I have had other checkups in the same clinic with a different doctor and that did not happen. This was in May 19th… I made the review privately but was ignored and that is why I am making it public now.
Very pleased with Gwinnett Clinic. Been a patient for many years. Great visit on the 11th. Lily did a great job drawing my blood.
