I just moved to the area and was recommended to come here. I saw Dr. Raju and explained all of my concerns, but she said she couldn’t do anything without lab work. I did the labs, a few things came back slightly abnormal, and she sent me for imaging. The imaging came back normal, but after that I never heard from her again. None of my original concerns were ever addressed or brought up again, which was really frustrating. I called the clinic today and the front desk person who answered was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, she spoke to me with a nasty attitude and made me feel like I was bothering her just by asking a simple question. There is absolutely no reason for staff to talk to patients this way. Based on this experience alone, I will be finding another clinic and taking my care elsewhere. I do not recommend this place.
I have been seeing Dr. K for my regular checkups and whenever I feel sick. He is a very good doctor. He listens carefully, explains things clearly so I can understand, and gives the right medicines and referrals when needed. The support staff and medical assistants are also excellent. They are helpful, friendly, and professional. I feel well taken care of and would strongly recommend Dr. K and his team to others.
Arrived at 3:15...didn't leave until 4:43 with NOTHING DONE! Nurse Kristine Dawkins was uneducated in inserting a needle. She asked several times if others have failed to make her feel better, however it's never been an issue. After failing 4 times and becoming stimulated, I requested to allow an office who is capable of completing the insertion. Accompanied my daughter on her first visit. Opened the door. The entire place smelled like microwaved food. It was AWFUL! 🤢
