Avoid this service department! Completely dishonest. I brought my 2025 Sentra in for a severe passenger-side suspension noise. The technician confirmed hearing the noise but refused to repair it, writing a ridiculous excuse that my tires were "slipping and losing traction." The hilarious part? Their own Multi-Point Inspection on the exact same day rated all four of my tires as "Green" (perfect condition). How can perfect tires slip at low speeds on dry pavement? I want thank the service department for their outstanding attention. Price Moore is an exceptional professional. He always makes things right when I visit the dealership , great service ! I had a great experience thanks to service manager William Rue. Highly recommend their services. I have been servicing my cars there for 8 plus years.
DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR TO THIS DEALER! They damage parts of your car to force you to come back and charge you for the “repair.” I took my car in for a factory issue, and when they returned it, it was making a terrible noise. I brought it to my trusted mechanic, and he told me there were loose bolts in the front…which could eventually cause serious damage to the car!
Do yourself a favor and buy a car from another place. These people will make you fill out finance applications, talk to them endlessly and then sell the car to someone else after you make plans to drive 5 hours to come purchase. They don't give you any decency as far as communication, you have to call them everyday to follow up. I wouldn't and don't trust them.
I purchased a car from Gwinnett Place Nissan 2 weeks ago and let me tell you that was an amazing experience! I’m just sorry that I am just now getting the opportunity to write a review! I have a daughter graduating from high school and things have been challenging with Covid 19.
