Top tier service!! All of the nurses and staff are understanding, judgment free and seem to really care about your well-being. My ride unfortunately was running late. Once I explained this to them, they allowed me to stay pass closing hours and provided me with a ride home. I've never received this level of customer service before!! If you ever need their services, I highly recommend this office. They truly do take care of you and make you feel safe and comfortable.
Posting this review from an anonymous account just for personal protection, but I had an appointment here the past weekend and everyone was wonderful. I came in a few minutes late but it was no problem. Everyone spoke very nicely and clearly with me about what was happening and what I needed to know. The wait time was not long at all. The person who performed my ultrasound and gave me the first medication was so kind and warm. No judgement, very clear about the procedures, and all very professional! This place really made dealing with something so difficult much better & the experience more comfortable than i wouldve expected. The staff & the doctors were all kind & very very helpful in each step of the process. I am thankful to them for making me feel comfortable enough to move forward with a very hard decision but with keeping peace in my heart because of their sensitivity & kindess. Thankful for all the good people that work there!
The best experience I've ever had. Dr. Chang is the best. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!
It was great , felt alot better , no issues no nothing , just doing what am I supposed to be doing which it turn out WELL :)
