a horrifying experience all around. thousands of dollars worth of items stolen, damaged, and missing. no accountability, simply being told “well you can sleep on the floor, right?” is a horrifying way to justify YOUR mistake. make things right. military families deserve better than the bottom of the barrel.
I want to start off by saying that I am absolutely livid and feel completely taken advantage of as a military family who put our trust in this company to move us. They did not pack a single item I had placed in my storage unit, and thousands of dollars worth of belongings have not only been destroyed but stolen. Yes—stolen.
