I had never needed PT before now. I visited H2 12 times and cannot imagine a better experience. I love that they don’t rely on machines but are more hands on which feels so much more effective. The exercises, dry needling, and clear directions for home exercises made my knee improve quickly. I love that, while they are professional, they are also really friendly and fun to be with.
