I have learned a lot from the appointments. Easy to do some exercises but doing correctly is another thing I have learned. I am not sure I am getting kiegel part right.

Was good until they lost their best physical therapist Amanda I can't blame her for leaving to s better paying job who appreciates her more. She was doing her job and the pt notes and front desk I'm half paralyzed and they tried making me get in the pool by myself I also ended up hurting because their new PTA tried to stretching from outside the pool and he pulled a lower muscle in my back so much so I couldn't even walk or sit up without being in pain the doctor in the ER suggested I continue with my regular pool therapy ... read more
