People are helpful and friendly
I had total knee replacement surgery and did my rehab workouts thru H2. Thorough plan for recovery covering all knee functions - flexibility, stability, strength and endurance training. Excellent communications - therapists always available to answer questions, check progress, provide guidance and advice. Would highly recommend.
