Doing physical therapy for the first time and I feel way better that when I first arrive! Staff is super respectful and location is awesome and clean which is very important. They are taking my progress one step at a time to ensure effectiveness. Love it!

I recently had the opportunity to work with H2 Health, and I can confidently say it has been a transformative experience. After a difficult labor and delivery, I faced significant challenges with immobility in my left leg which resulted in a pronounce limp, intense lower back pain, and the inability to hold my baby due to the pressure on my back and prolapse. I am attending physical therapy at H2 Health. This time it is for neck pain. I had previously attended for back pain. Thanks to my therapist, Mark, my neck pain has greatly deminished. Mark is a great therapist and he knows how to instruct me on the proper ways to do each exercise. I have also had the pleasure of having Joycelynn as my therapist and she is equally as great as Mark.
