Very pleased with my experience with Danielle and her technique as my instructor.
Well structured program in which I felt improvement in both strength and mobility. Danielle and Heather provided the activity and organization for a truly solid training program.

To the receptionist that said “what’s the fuss” to a patient that is highly unprofessional especially when apparently she’s been waiting over an hour for her appointment. Do not recommend. There’s other places more professional.
