Daniel and team have been wonderful to work with. They listen to my health needs and have been allowed me to be apart of the care plan. I have RA so my physical therapy needs are not limited to one site on the body. Having a supportive PT team to help keep me moving has been life changing.
My dentist, Dr Tabor, suggested seeing Daniel for TMJ symptoms as there was no dental issue. Daniel took measurements of my jaw and mouth opening. Manipulation of my neck and jaw alleviated the pain and after 12 visits I was pain free.
From the day of my evaluation on January 22, 2024 to my last day as a patient at H2Health in April, I must say that Daniel and Emily were the best team ever! I had a total knee replacement in December 2023, and. I'm excited to say that this past weekend, I walked 5 laps around a school track and took my 1st Zumba low impact class this week....less than 5 months after my surgery! Daniel and Emily were excellent! When I first came it was obvious that my rotator cuff was causing me a lot of pain and my range of motion was severely limited. By incorporating a variety of specific exercises I greatly improved and am now pain free! My range of motion is almost back to normal! Would recommend H2 Health to anyone needing PT.
Daniel & Emily were a great help in my recovery from my broken foot. I am still healing, but they were incredibly informative, supportive, and sociable, which was nice to have when not being able to visit the gym nearly as much. Can’t recommend them enough!
