nice apartment, big issues. the downstairs flooded every time it rained since we moved in. never got it fixed. the office people are nice. About halfway through the year we tried to contact the owner for a lease renewal, no response. kept trying every month no response. asked them to fix several things towards the end of the year, no response. then our lease ended and we were put on month to month. eventually we were kicked out with 1 month notice, no reason given. we had no issues for them to kick us out. charged $220 to r... read more

The horror stories of being a landlord are well documented so we opted to use Habitation to manage our two rental properties. They made it so easy and our experience was fantastic! Fees were reasonable and service was great. A very important factor often overlooked was our renters who were also very happy.

Habitation Property Management has been outstanding from day one. I was worried about getting into the rental business, so I hired these folks to help me out. My “go to person” is Maggie. She is professional, competent, and very effective. My very first renter had to be evicted and she handled everything while keeping me updated and calm.
