Thank you to Hacienda Structure Roofing for helping me with my house roof. This was our first claim on the house due to the recent hail storms in Ellis county. Ruben was excellent and provided great customer service and explained the full process to us before we filed our claim and walk us through the whole process. Will definitely recommend this company for any roof repairs! They started Monday morning and finished my roof that same day! Give him a call 10/10.
After the storm , Ruben and his team from Hacienda Structures were prompt in jumping in to help us patch the roof and explained everything in detail, never pushed me to sign or agree to anything we didn’t discuss. After that day, Ruben kept in touched explaining every step and was here the day our insurance sent the Adjuster to make sure everything was reported to insurance .
