I like this place people who works her are nice. But I hate when you give me a form to explain the reasons I came to the urgent care, and a staff come up to me to verbally explain the reasons I am here for. Total waste of my time.
This was my second time going to this urgent care because the doctor here and her male assistant do their job. They get you in. Check you out, listen to what you have to say on how you feel on what hurts and what bothers you. And they take care of the situation prescribing you the right prescription and information to get you better. Whenever i have an emergency and my doctor's office cannot see me or is closed for the day. I will definitely be going here to this urgent care for backup
The receptionist was amazing with a great attitude and Dr. Falcon is kind and caring. Took the the time to make me feel welcomed. Explained my visit with a calm and professional manner. Definitely going back.
I had a very good experience. From the very friendly and professional receptionist to the medical assistant that took my vitals to the dr that knew exactly what was wrong with me. I would definitely go back and recommend to everyone!
