I highly recommend this medical establishment. Today was the first time I had to visit Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care. I am extremely satisfied to have chosen them. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how clean the waiting area is. The front desk staff greeted me in a professional, welcoming and caring manner. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. The Dr. was very warm and thorough. This is now my new urgent care home. I am grateful to all for their kindness.
I like this place people who works her are nice. But I hate when you give me a form to explain the reasons I came to the urgent care, and a staff come up to me to verbally explain the reasons I am here for. Total waste of my time.
I needed stitches removed from my head and had a little apprehension .Dr Ganguly was amazing. She promptly took care of me with the utmost professionalism, respect and empathy. The nurse, Shannon, was just as professional and treated me with respect and empathy as well. I highly recommend Dr. Ganguly and team. Excellent care.
This was my second time going to this urgent care because the doctor here and her male assistant do their job. They get you in. Check you out, listen to what you have to say on how you feel on what hurts and what bothers you. And they take care of the situation prescribing you the right prescription and information to get you better. Whenever i have an emergency and my doctor's office cannot see me or is closed for the day. I will definitely be going here to this urgent care for backup
