This review is for Dr. Reddy Piscataway Hackensack urgent care team who I highly recommend. We came in yesterday afternoon after seeing multiple urgent cares in the past week for my husband's chronic back pain without much help. Dr. Reddy was the first to really listen and thoroughly exam and explain in detail a treatment plan. He and his team are very skilled and professional. We're also very thankful to nurse Selena for getting us seen quickly and also providing amazing care. We highly recommend this urgent care
This is a very clean facility with adequate free parking. We have always been treated well. Everyone is very kind and professional. I This establishment is usually not crowded. They offer appointments online with no guarantees. They are associated with Hackensack Medical. They have excellent free and fast Wifi. I would highly recommend this urgent care center based on my recent visits.
get actual adults working the front desk instead of teenage college looking dweeb boys. they looked so dumbfounded when i walked into a public establishment to check myself in, even though the building has “WALKS INS WELCOME” bold on the outside. they were looking at me like it was my first day on earth like this 😀 uhhhh you wanna check yourself in? ok…..what’s your insurance. also would not recommend this establishment since they stopped taking horizon nj health since january even though the insurance is listed on their we... read more
Nursing staff 10/10. Doctor "Reddy" was short, rude and unprofessional. I dont know who he pays to put these 5 star reviews in.... couldnt be his patients. Spent literally 3 minutes in my room after waiting 35 minutes to see him. Doesnt introduce himself, speak to me or ask me about symptoms. Comes into the room and says hes giving two prescriptions based on one half positive strep test with a "faint line" and ear redness; Prescribed one for antibiotic eye drops (what?) and one for AN ANTIBIOTIC IM ALLERGIC TO, THEN HIS SECO... read more
Waste of my time and money. I saw dr. Heraa Chaudhry for a whole 20 seconds when I had a horrible cough from a cold. The doctor prescribed prednisone, a steroid. Me being naive, I took the medicine eager to get rid of my cough. After reading up, prednisone does not help with coughs at all and is for allergies, which I made very clear I don't have. On top of that, I read that prednisone suppresses your immune system making the cold last longer. No wonder I'm not feeling even the slightest bit better. I actually feel worse. I... read more
