Saw lots of great reviews on here, so I decided to go to this urgent care. I was the only one in there so I was seen quickly. I came in with flu-like symptoms and wanted to get some tests and figure out what sickness I have. The nurse was fine and did the tests. However, shortly after, the doctor came in and was extremely rude and dismissive. To preface, I am currently on an antibiotic for a separate issue. 1 star is generous. I went on Tuesday (4/22) after having symptoms over the weekend. The front desk- fantastic, receptive, very informational. Never had a problem with the front desk. The problem is the lady they have wearing the MD badge looking at patients. Dr. Witt diagnosed me with bronchitis and sent me on my way with a 3 day prescription of antibiotics and Mucinex OTC recommendation (seems to be the only form of medicine she knows.) Unprofessional & frightening experience with Dr Witt I brought my 9-year-old son to this urgent care because he was experiencing body aches and general fatigue. The nurse practitioner who initially saw us was kind and thorough, documenting his symptoms from the past week and confirming he had no fever at the time of the visit. They consistently provide accurate treatments, and the staff exudes kindness and friendliness during every visit. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The wait is brief, allowing more time for excellent care. It truly outshines the neighboring kinder pediatric center. The doctors are not only kind and friendly but also possess an extraordinary depth of knowledge. Definitely recommend it
I typically have a good experience when I visit this urgent care, but I had the worst experience with Dr Witt last week. I brought my daughter in due to an unexplained rash to which she misdiagnosed my daughter with hand, foot & mouth disease. She said my daughter had “lesions” on her hands & the back of her throat, which were literally nonexistent.
