While I was waiting for Dr. Witt, I heard her with the patient/family in the next room - apparently an older woman had fallen and the doc assured them that the patient was neurologically intact but that she should wear a helmet in the house although "most people don't need to do that" as she said; I found it to be quite rude and it seems many other reviewers had a similar experience. Have had great experiences here every time. Doctors and nurses are very patient and listen to every concern. Super friendly staff as well! Saw Dr. Reddy this time. He made sure to answer any of my questions and helped me understand what to expect in regards to lab testing and medication.
This is a very clean facility with adequate free parking. We have always been treated well. Everyone is very kind and professional. I This establishment is usually not crowded. They offer appointments online with no guarantees. They are associated with Hackensack Medical. They have excellent free and fast Wifi. I would highly recommend this urgent care center based on my recent visits.
There was a power outage the day l visited for an emergency but that did not deter them. They treated me and everyone was excellent. The doctor was amazing. She called me a couple days later and changed my antibiotics to one that more closely addressed the type of infection I had. Sorry mergimed in greenbrook I have a new emergency care center.
Unprofessional & frightening experience with Dr Witt I brought my 9-year-old son to this urgent care because he was experiencing body aches and general fatigue. The nurse practitioner who initially saw us was kind and thorough, documenting his symptoms from the past week and confirming he had no fever at the time of the visit.
