I love Dr. Razook - she is my apart of my medical dream team. She is attentive, personable, and genuinely shows she cares. Dr. Razook is consistent in behavior. She's the same now as she was when I first walked into her patient care room almost 12 years ago.
I think She's great.They got me in within 5 minutes and She took her time, seemed reasonable and respectful.
Dr. Racook & Brenda Pope is just flat out awesome.
Excellent, caring doctor. Listens well and is very helpful.
She always looks up on her phone what my symptoms are and what medications would be best, which doesn't make her seem very knowledgeable. Always has residents following her so the appointment is much longer than it needs to be, and the wait times aren't great.
They used to be wonderful when (Dr. Razook & Dr. Caren) had their own practice down the street. However, since moving it's much longer wait times and they have "Residents" follow them around, which in turn takes up even more time because they are trying to teach them!
I have been seeing Dr. Razook close to 10 years for a prescribed medication that is controlled. Every 3 months I go in & get the same long wait in examination room only to have her come in and do a "drive by" exam/questions. Every visit told "Not showing up in your urine (the RX drug)" which I took as prescribed and told her this at EVERY visit, She doesn't listen and at one point left me without my Rx for 4 days without checking in to see how I was doing (withdrawals). Poor care.
New Patients Beware: My 2 sons have been seen at this practice for 4 yrs. My doctor's office closed without warning so I switched to this practice. I have an acute problem. When I called for a appointment they could not get me in for 2 weeks. Unhelpful person on the phone told me to go to urgent care which my insurance will not cover. So much for "family" medicine. I am a Nurse Practitioner and am now looking for a new practice for my whole family. They will be minus 4 patients soon.
