Jonathan, Abe and Perry did a fantastic job installing our new AC/furnace unit. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They answer all our questions. We will continue using Hagerstown Heating and Cooling!
We called due to a problem with our outdoor unit and they sent Nate one of their technicians to us same day. He was extremely knowledgeable, he did a thorough inspection of our unit and explained everything that he found. He also explained the membership that this company offers and it’s nice that they don’t push their technicians to sell them but they are truly designed to help the customer long term. We are new to the area and thankful to have found this company.
Jonatan, Perry and Abe did an amazing job replacing our HVAC unit. They were professional, respectful and courteous. After my experience with ARS of Manassas and their horrible quality of work, Hagerstown Heating and Cooling is a nice change of pace. They listened to our concerns and took our input to heart.
The Hagerstown Heating and Cooling crew of Jonathan, Perry, and Abe did a fantastic job installing our new outdoor heat pump unit and tying it in to our oil furnace. They were prompt, very polite and accommodating, and thorough in their job. Before they left they made sure everything was programmed and operating properly and cleaned up before they left
We have been very pleased with Hagerstown Heating & Cooling. Everyone has been very helpful and professional. When we discovered we had an issue, Theodore was wonderful. He took his time cleaning the unit and helping us determine the problem. When we decided to move forward with replacement instead of repair, we worked with Matt to find the best package to meet our needs. We are so thankful for the installation of our new HVAC system.
