When I first called Sarah, in scheduling, who encouraged me to go ahead and get on the calendar but reassured me that I could cancel anytime if needed. That alone showed she genuinely wanted to help rather than pressure me. She also had Daniel call me ahead of the appointment to discuss pricing in case our defrost board truly needed replacement. They completely replaced my old furnace and AC unit. They were extremely professional, courteous, and absolute beasts, completing a full teardown and install in 9 hours in the snow and ice. Johnathon and couple other guys (i'm bad at names) were fantastic. I can not recommend them enough! Even with a missized filter box (100% not on them) they were able to make it right in a timely manner and get it swapped right out. If you're looking for excellent service, this is the way to go!
Jonathan, Abe and Perry did a fantastic job installing our new AC/furnace unit. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They answer all our questions. We will continue using Hagerstown Heating and Cooling!
I've had nothing but a positive experience with Hagerstown Heating and Cooling. Jonatan, Abe and Perry were all friendly, knowledgeable and did very clean work. Everything is as neat as a pin, and they were very respectful of my home. I work from home, so it was really appreciated. They tidied up everything, made sure I knew how to work everything and gave me a comprehensive tour after everything was installed. John Cooper is such an excellent technician, hands down the best I’ve ever had !!! We were previously with a different company and I felt when I was getting my bi-yearly services nothing was being done :( Well turns out I was right. When John came out he found so many things that hadn’t been cleaned or attended to for sometime, despite having HVAC technicians from a different company coming regularly:( Thank you Hagerstown heating and cooling for sending such a wonderful technician as John Cooper !!!!
