Jonathan, Abe and Perry did a fantastic job installing our new AC/furnace unit. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They answer all our questions. We will continue using Hagerstown Heating and Cooling!
I had a 5 unit ductless heating and ac system installed. Everyone was extremely nice. Matt was my primary contact. He seemed very knowledgeable. Their prices are pretty good. They worked with my current electric. There were 3 installers over 3 days. Installers were nice, clean, considerate and did great work. Finished on time. Everything worked when they finished. Very satisfied. I'll report back if issues.

Technician (Teddy) arrives on time, explains all services performed/recommended, and is very professional, personable and polite. Hagerstown Heating and Cooling recently replaced our entire ductless AC system. The process was smooth and hassle free start to finish. Special shout out to the installation team. Jonathan, Abraham and Perry were great. Professional, Courteous and Careful. Working long hours in freezing weather. Inside and outside great clean up.
I had HH&C replace my Central A/C unit in the attic with a Bosch A/C Heat Pump combo Air Handler. I dealt with Matt when it came to pricing and choosing a system. He was very knowledgeable, but I wish he was more honest about his knowledge with boilers or lack thereof (more on that later). The install was completed in a day by Abraham, Jonathan, and Perry. They built a subfloor around and underneath the unit for ease of maintenance, as well as installed a refrigerant supply/return conduit that is aesthetically pleasing. All... read more
