I was very satisfied with the whole team involved with replacing my heat pump, from the initial estimate with Matt, the pre installation consultation and measure up from Colin, and finally the install team Johnathan and Abraham. Even the super nice women at the office who took my many calls and questions Emily and Sarah. The team from Hagerstown Heating & Cooling — Jonathan, Abraham and Mario—came an installed my new system. The did a great job! They were quiet and clean—I worked from my home office while they worked. They took time to show me, in detail, all the things they installed. I was super impressed with system they put in my attic and the new efficient engine in my yard. My experience from beginning to end has been great. From the beginning they were extremely professional and took the time to diagnose our entire HVAC system. They found items that needed to be addressed that other companies did not even look for. From transparent pricing to flawless install their work was impressive. Matt, Collin, and installers Jonathan and Abraham did a great job. I would absolutely recommend Hagerstown Heating and Cooling!

I really went back and forth about leaving this review because I worked in customer service for ten years and I just hate saying anything negative, especially publicly like this. I also want to first start off by saying that the two men that I talked to in person were very friendly. We called to try and find out what was wrong with our AC unit because it was very clearly struggling. I had a house fire earlier this year which disabled both my heating and air conditioning. From Matt to Collin to the technicians on sight, all were so very helpful. Matt (project manager) understood the need for air conditioning during the heat advisories and fit my project in right before a holiday (4th of July)! Collin came to preform measurements and he was so friendly to my pets (I witnessed his kind heart on my ring doorbell).
