I had HH&C replace my Central A/C unit in the attic with a Bosch A/C Heat Pump combo Air Handler. I dealt with Matt when it came to pricing and choosing a system. He was very knowledgeable, but I wish he was more honest about his knowledge with boilers or lack thereof (more on that later). The install was completed in a day by Abraham, Jonathan, and Perry. My parents use these guys so I knew they would be good service. Just bought my home in January but was unable to get regular servicing done due to my scheduling issues. Had my capacitor crap out on an almost 90 degree weekend! I called the on-call service, and Nate was able to come out quickly to help. I have nothing but kind things to say! Calling to schedule an appointment for service was easy and the representative was very knowledgeable and thorough. She made sure I knew exactly what to expect. Our tech Gavin was extremely respectful, personable, and professional. He took his time explaining not only the work he did, but the recommended repairs. I appreciate the honesty when it came to what work was necessary and what could wait. I feel confident that my HVAC and home are in good hands.

My heat pump replacement went super smoothly. Jonatan, Abe and Perry were the installers and were very professional and personable. They worked efficiently and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I worked with Matt initially and appreciated his knowledge, flexibility and availability during that process. I have been a loyal customer for several years and will continue to be.
