Jonathan, Abe and Perry did a fantastic job installing our new AC/furnace unit. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They answer all our questions. We will continue using Hagerstown Heating and Cooling!
I've had nothing but a positive experience with Hagerstown Heating and Cooling. Jonatan, Abe and Perry were all friendly, knowledgeable and did very clean work. Everything is as neat as a pin, and they were very respectful of my home. I work from home, so it was really appreciated. I had a 5 unit ductless heating and ac system installed. Everyone was extremely nice. Matt was my primary contact. He seemed very knowledgeable. Their prices are pretty good. They worked with my current electric. There were 3 installers over 3 days. Installers were nice, clean, considerate and did great work. Finished on time. Everything worked when they finished. Very satisfied. I'll report back if issues.
I had HH&C replace my Central A/C unit in the attic with a Bosch A/C Heat Pump combo Air Handler. I dealt with Matt when it came to pricing and choosing a system. He was very knowledgeable, but I wish he was more honest about his knowledge with boilers or lack thereof (more on that later). The install was completed in a day by Abraham, Jonathan, and Perry. We called due to a problem with our outdoor unit and they sent Nate one of their technicians to us same day. He was extremely knowledgeable, he did a thorough inspection of our unit and explained everything that he found. He also explained the membership that this company offers and it’s nice that they don’t push their technicians to sell them but they are truly designed to help the customer long term. We are new to the area and thankful to have found this company.
