Jonathan, Abe and Perry did a fantastic job installing our new AC/furnace unit. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They answer all our questions. We will continue using Hagerstown Heating and Cooling!
I had HH&C replace my Central A/C unit in the attic with a Bosch A/C Heat Pump combo Air Handler. I dealt with Matt when it came to pricing and choosing a system. He was very knowledgeable, but I wish he was more honest about his knowledge with boilers or lack thereof (more on that later). The install was completed in a day by Abraham, Jonathan, and Perry. We have been very pleased with Hagerstown Heating & Cooling. Everyone has been very helpful and professional. When we discovered we had an issue, Theodore was wonderful. He took his time cleaning the unit and helping us determine the problem. When we decided to move forward with replacement instead of repair, we worked with Matt to find the best package to meet our needs. We are so thankful for the installation of our new HVAC system. Brenner was professional, knowledgeable and took his time with my tune-up. My units (there are two systems) came with the house and are over 25 years old, but Hagerstown Heating & Cooling has provided all my service since I’ve owned my home, and kept them running efficiently. I have the monthly membership which includes routine maintenance & tine-ups and discounts repairs.
