I had HH&C replace my Central A/C unit in the attic with a Bosch A/C Heat Pump combo Air Handler. I dealt with Matt when it came to pricing and choosing a system. He was very knowledgeable, but I wish he was more honest about his knowledge with boilers or lack thereof (more on that later). The install was completed in a day by Abraham, Jonathan, and Perry. We just bought our house and after a bad experience with another local company, it was a relief to have the Sales Rep Matt take us through the process of getting us a whole new unit. He ensured we would get what we needed and utilized resources available to get us the best price around. We had our old system totally replaced by Hagerstown Heating and Cooling, each step was smooth and efficient and each person we interacted with took their time to answer all our questions. The install crew Jonathan, Abraham and Perry were amazing! They did an amazing job putting the outside system exactly where I asked and making everything perfect. Their team showed up on time, told me what they were going to do, and they got to work. They did ductwork on the outside of my home. They did an excellent job! I’m very impressed with their work and their professionalism!
My parents use these guys so I knew they would be good service. Just bought my home in January but was unable to get regular servicing done due to my scheduling issues. Had my capacitor crap out on an almost 90 degree weekend! I called the on-call service, and Nate was able to come out quickly to help.
