Jonathan, Abe and Perry did a fantastic job installing our new AC/furnace unit. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They answer all our questions. We will continue using Hagerstown Heating and Cooling!
Jonathan, Abe, and Perry were terrific! They worked hard all day without taking a break. They even had to clear snow to access the site. They explained everything when they were finished. And they went out of their way to put in devices and features to make sure the system is as good as it can be well into the future, for example, really sealing up the ductwork well. I appreciate the meticulous hard work and the attention to detail. I would definitely use them in the future.
Jonatan, Aba, and Perry were fantastic. They shoveled a path through the snow and the back stairwell to bring in the new unit. They took great care to keep everything clean and did a beautiful install. Very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Highly recommended.
I have been a customer of Hagerstown Heating & Cooling for several years. My experience has always been great. Technician (Teddy) arrives on time, explains all services performed/recommended, and is very professional, personable and polite. I had HH&C replace my Central A/C unit in the attic with a Bosch A/C Heat Pump combo Air Handler. I dealt with Matt when it came to pricing and choosing a system. He was very knowledgeable, but I wish he was more honest about his knowledge with boilers or lack thereof (more on that later). The install was completed in a day by Abraham, Jonathan, and Perry.
