We have used Hagerstown Heating & Cooling twice now to completely change out the HVAC systems. Turns out you can expect to need a new system when you move into a 15 year old house... and then when you move again into an 18 year old house. They were great to work with. As a former facility management executive with over 1500 properties under my care I only wish I had found Hagerstown Heating and Cooling during that time, as they would have immediately been my “go to” preferred HVAC company. They are truly the best in the business.
Hagerstown Heating and Cooling installed our replacement split unit heat pump system in 2019 and since then we have been getting our routine service performed by them twice per year. We were very impressed with the service. Things don't always go as planned, but they follow through until we were completely satisfied. We have worked with Hagerstown Heating and Cooling for three years and are extremely pleased by their professionalism and integrity. We must mention Teddy, a superior technician, who has expertly figured out our HV/AC system and has it running perfectly. His dedication and expertise are unusual. In a heating emergency, he spent hours outside, on the coldest winter night, to make certain our system was repaired. This is a good, solid company.
