Jonathan, Abe and Perry did a fantastic job installing our new AC/furnace unit. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They answer all our questions. We will continue using Hagerstown Heating and Cooling!
I have been a customer of Hagerstown Heating & Cooling for several years. My experience has always been great. Technician (Teddy) arrives on time, explains all services performed/recommended, and is very professional, personable and polite. I had HH&C replace my Central A/C unit in the attic with a Bosch A/C Heat Pump combo Air Handler. I dealt with Matt when it came to pricing and choosing a system. He was very knowledgeable, but I wish he was more honest about his knowledge with boilers or lack thereof (more on that later). The install was completed in a day by Abraham, Jonathan, and Perry. We have been very pleased with Hagerstown Heating & Cooling. Everyone has been very helpful and professional. When we discovered we had an issue, Theodore was wonderful. He took his time cleaning the unit and helping us determine the problem. When we decided to move forward with replacement instead of repair, we worked with Matt to find the best package to meet our needs. We are so thankful for the installation of our new HVAC system. Jonathan, Abraham, and Perry did a fantastic install. They were very detail oriented and educated me on the new HVAC system. They answered all my questions and left the area cleaner than before the install. They were friendly and seemed to enjoy their job.
