Terrible experience. My gel polish came off after one day. And the other nails that weren’t peeling were bubbly and looked much too thick on the nail. I went back one day later for them to fix it only for the owner and other staff member to be VERY rude about having to fix 6/10 of my nails. He nearly refused to even fix the horrible job they did. One week later and the polish has not held up at all and looks terrible. I will never return here.

After I left the nail salon, I was generally pleased about how my nails look. I got acrylic nails with tips and they looked pretty good. However, the polish began to move a bit over an hour after I left. After less than 1 week the tips of the polish were completed destroyed so I decided to remove the polish and wore my nails bare-colored (just the acrylic). Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in and even after getting your nails done they make sure you have everything you need to leave without messing up your nails. Awesome! Mani/pedi price worth it. Just a little disappointed with gel set I got on a Friday and by Sunday already started lifting on 2 nails. So so disappointed because the nail tech really took her time and was very meticulous in her applying the gel polish so I was expecting them to last.

I got a full set paid $42 on top of getting deep cut under my nails. The lady wanted me to tip her a 20% tip. There is no sign displayed on the 20% tip policy. I was not pleased with my nails def not a $40 job. I have had 10 times better nail job done at monalisa nails in the Bronx for half the price.

This location is convenient to my job when I need a quick mani/pedi. My first experience was good, however, my second experience and what I see as a growing trend is the tacky policy of standing over customers or particular customers to be honest!!! and ask for a 20% tip. I am very generous and tip very well, not to mention three women had to work on me, one to do the pedi, one to take off the acrylic because only one person knows how to do that, the other to do my gel pedi, because they are inexperienced.
