AVOID THIS PLACE! This place will do anything and say anything to get your money. Such a scam, they took more than $3000 from me and gave me useless products which didn’t give any results. No guarantees at all so it was a complete was of time and money. I started minoxidil on my own afterwards which has helped me so save yourself time and money and start that on your own. They are happy to take your money.. Then impossible to get in contact with to book appointments.. After your 12 pre paid appointments they try and charge you $360 a month and then call you all the time for payments but send nothing.. When you ask about your results they are busy and next time they will discuss.. Sandy the manager is always to busy to do anything but when you walk by her office she is on Facebook.. Save your money.. What they offer doesn't help.
Used this place twice. Both times super disappointed. Not upfront about prices. They rescheduled almost every one of my appointments the day of and were extremely hard to get a hold of. Every time I went I dealt with a different person and they all said and had contradicting ideas of how the systems work best. They rushed you through ur first items so they can get you on a monthly payment plan which was more then a car payment even after I fought for a discount. I would like to start off with recognizing two staff members at the Burlington Location, the Manager Ryan, who has always showed compassion and understanding for all my needs, He's very professional and knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with. Recently had a consultation with Sandy, the manager, and had a great experience. Dealing with hair loss/hair thinning can be very embarrassing but everyone I spoke with was professional and genuine.
