Been using them for over 6 years...a bit pricey, but the hair replacement is so natural looking....people that I am willing to tell it's not really my hair are amazed. Customer service, for the most part is really good. The manager, Miriam has been very helpful.in solving problems. The stylists I have worked with are really good...Anahid is terrific!
This is a perfectly run salon with great personnel and staff. I have had my stylist, Anahid, for almost 6 years and she knows my style and preferences to a Tee. She also does all the little extras that make my visits so enjoyable. My appointments tend to be early on Fridays. So it is usually a perfect start to my weekend.
The place is very clean and their products have helped my hair look fabulous! The staff is friendly and my hairdresser is amazing...I just won’t say her name because I don’t want you all to take her away from me! Ha ha In regards to the results I believe that if you follow the instructions about their products one can see great results. There is no miracle for hair loss! Nothing. This place its a rip off. My hair never changed . Even after treatments. Every month she would take pictures of my scalp and it was still the same. The manager charged me almost $2000 and the next day gave my aunt a quote for $1200. Honestly this company is something else. Maybe we just dint look the part or something but i dint get almost $2000 worth of anything special. No one cares except to get your money. Im still dealing with these ridiculous payments. Hair club is truly exactly what they talk about on the TV commercials. I'll admit that I was a little skeptical at first, but they proved me wrong. They are really miracle workers! There are so many ways they can help you, whether its transplantation, a treatment, or by adding in hair to areas I can't grow it back. The result is mind-blowing and no one knows that there was ever hair loss! I also am getting compliments on my hair! Totally recommend this place!
