Appointment problems. I am new to Hair Club and although I like the products, the scheduling process is a nightmare! I signed up in June 2025 and did not have my 1st appointment until August. I was scheduled for September 19th, received notification could I come on the 12th instead. I agreed. Then was told by Mariah appointment needed to be rescheduled. This location really needs to actually hire a staff. We pay a premium price on something and can't even get in to get our haircut on a regular basis. The turnover is ridiculous and every time I booked an appointment I've sat there for anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and then I have to reschedule for weeks later because I can't get me in. Staff they have is very nice and helpful but they're understaffed and overworked and it's ridiculous how they're treated. Who's ever in charge of this location should take some responsib... read more
Paula is an amazing stylist, she’s educates me in all the treatments , processes and products that’s used during my process. She’s a great listener and is always makes it here priority to understand and resolve any concerns I may have. 100/10

We have been going to Hair Club Winston Salem for 3 or 4 months, and our (my husband and myself) have had the best experience. They are professionals, but so very personable. The director, Cindy was very knowledgeable and helpful. Both of the stylists, Jennifer and Trish, are talented and just a delight to have them working on our heads.
