I went to Hair Club for over a year and spent $6400! I was talked into the Capillus cap, which cost me $3,000 and I was told they had the best guarantee buying it from them cause it was for 5 years, but would not give your money back. After 4 years I took it back to them cause it had a short in it for them to repair. Heather told me I had to contact the manufacturer and send it to them. My stylist, Meagan, is professional, courteous, and caring, as well as being hospitable and an excellent stylist. In the front office, Maritza is kind and does everything she can to meet my scheduling needs; she is also very professional and helpful.
My experience here is PHANOMINAL!! The staff is super friendly they cater to all my needs and concerns, the front desk is so friendly and the manager Chet there is no words to describe his kindness and how he treats clients he’s the best! Very mixed opinion here. The stylists all are terrific and front desk also works very hard. They are only human and have to deal with a corporate philosophy which hedges on the fringes of dishonesty. One always must watch what they charge you, when they charge you etc. From the beginning it is all about revenue. They get you in initially by just barely not telling lies, but aren't forthcoming with any specifics.
