Terrible experience!!!!! When we showed up for the scheduled appointment there was no receptionist and the number that was posted on the desk for you to call for assistance was ringing in the back and no one answered. When myself and my boyfriend arrived the waiting room was packed and people were sitting there agitated. This establishment sounds so professional when you schedule the appointment over the phone even following up with you, however when you get there it's a different story. [Xstrands+ Member] I have been a HairClub Member for about two years now and I can't say how appreciative I am of all the staff at the Ontario Center. My Primary Stylist, Kenia Jamie, always does an amazing job on my cut-ins and application. My Secondary Stylist, Vanessa Sears, does an outstanding job on my weekly upkeep. I have had experience with all stylist minus one at the ontario site. They are professional n well experienced in their field. Christina has been my selected hairdresser for my last year n a half n I enjoy n appreciate her dedication to the art. Thank you Hair Club staff for a great experience.

Well, they said they have no one available so I can't get an appointment so now I have an ugly and stucky hair piece on my head that's super itchy and about to fall off so looks like I'm going bald again until they can see me and I keep calling then and no one answers. I leave voice messages, and no one ever gets back to me. Also their excuse was that most of the workers are not there like why. They charge way too much money to be so Is unprofessional and can't pick up the phone like come on.

Been a member for 5 years now. Kenia here made my experience with HairClub very enjoyable. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Best stylist!
