Don’t ever go to this place, it’s the worse experience i had for my hair. First they are so expensive for the products that i used, I purchased for 9 months routine my hair got thinner and fall off 60% of it i feel I’m bold now because of their products, i stopped them for 3 months and my hair finally stopped falling off. The reception on the desk don’t answer the phone nobody cares or sit on the desk to answer phone calls, this place is money laundry they are not made to care about people hair it is scam. I was anxious coming into my appointment to discuss about my hair health. That was immediately dispelled after my consultation with Lily. She was assuring and attentive to my hair needs and provided me with solutions/options that were available. I felt like I was being prioritized and heard. The staff were also professional and welcoming. I was pleased with my experience here.

This was a great experience for me knowing this place! Since I am having problems with hair loss and my friends recommended me to buy some products that would help my hair stronger. Lily was a person who is very friendly and helpful a lot that day. She answered and walked me through all the products that could help me. Overall this is a good place for hair treatments and hair care at home.

Outstanding customer service and staff! Went in with my wife and had a consultation about her hair loss after pregnancy. The manager Lily really took the time to explain the treatments and options available. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Nahid is so professional with her services. She is definitely one of the best hairstylist at hair club. Excellent services she provides each time I visit. Will keep requesting for her as long as I am still hair club’s member!
