Over 13 years at Bala Cynwyd and the service has fallen to zero. Looking for other options. Patience is a virtue but progress is an expectation. So disappointed with Bala Cynwyd Hair Club. I wish Tim, not the second Tim, the first Tim was still manager.
Kim Turner is an amazing hairstylist! I went to HairClub to get a hair system installed and she made me look 10 years younger. Not only that, She made me look better with my hair system than I did with my original full head of hair. Kim is very tentative and addressed all my concerns. My Free consultation was everything I needed plus more to get me started on the right path to deal with my hair loss. Asha was my consultant and she had gone above and beyond to break down the reason for my hair loss showing microscopic images of what my scalp looks like and explained what they can do to treat it. Very surprising and unpleasant experience 1.I visited hair club on 12/28/2021 for non surgical replacement. Consultant "Heather" understood my expectation, took the measurements. She mentioned that she needs to order a new hair system and asked me to come on 02/02/2022 which will be my big day of hair fixing. 2.
