Worst service ever in terms of scheduling. They change your schedule according to their preference and then tell you to deal with it in nice words --- Response to their reply: Let alone calling, I went there for my last appointment, and they did it again twice in a row, even though manager told me last time that it would never happen again. Extremely unprofessional.

Here is my very bad experience. 1. Late: Iam waiting for almost 20 minutes and Hair Stylist didn't showed up I reported on the front desk and finally she came to pick up. 2. Miss Behavior: Hairstylist used the Cape is full of hair looks like it is used by the previous customer, I requested the hairstylist to check, she simply responded Cape is in black color so it will attract Hair, then I told I can't proceed unless she will keep the new one. Wonderful team of experts! Worked with three hairstylists Ross, Maggie and Vania, they are all experienced and wonderful! For consultation go see Veronica for sure. Front desk is super welcoming too.
I have been using their services for the past 25 years. I have come across many managers, customer Service and hair stylists during all these years. I will not hesitate to say that the best manager that I feel in this location is Ms Silvia. She is very helpful, caring and ready to solve problems very happily and politely. I would also like to add that the best stylist that I have experienced so far is with Ms Alem. She is very professional, courteous and knows her job very well.
