I've been a member for almost two years and the service has been outstanding. I have been very satisfied with the results. Ashley has been doing my hair for most of the time and she's amazing. She knows how I like my hair and cuts it right every time. If there's a mistake or something doesn't work the way it should they get me right in and fix it. I have recommended Hair Club to people and still do. Very satisfied with my stylist and my service.
I pay good money to have my hair club hair piece colored, cut and replaced. From not coming even close to the right coloring to match my natural hair, to placing the hair piece way too far back, to not cutting it to match or blend into my hair, there has been one problem after another. The stylist are obviously not trained or professional. There needs to be alternatives for this service.
Talitha and Stephanie are amazing ! Customer service for these two girls are impeccable. I can say they go above and beyond to ensure if any issues arise they make sure you never leave unhappy. I absolutely love my hair and love the attention to detail Talitha takes to ensure I’m always happy. Stephanie always fits me in with my appointments and always ensures that I’m happy with my hair. I would definitely recommend Hair Club especially if you are having chemo treatment like I am.
I came in for a consultation and during that time I had the opportunity to meet the Director Collin, who was very welcoming, knowledgeable and polished. HairClub should be proud that they have her representing there company. I highly suggest checking them out!
I’ve been coming to hairclub since July of 2007 and I’m so happy with the services I get done ! They have the best customer service from my stylist hayli to Stephanie at the front desk these girls are amazing ! Thank you hairclub for all that you do
