horrible customer service, rush you in, rush you out, too expensive – I became a member of the hair club because I have a thinning hair problem. I left hair club with more of a hair loss problem than I had before I went in there. They tell you that you don't have to cut your hair- but if you don't, it pulls all your hair out over time.
