The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Melissa took the time to explain, not only the different products, but the reasoning behind them and what was the best fit for my particular situation. Josh was helpful and friendly. Amazing how kind and thoughtful everyone is. Looking forward to my next visit

I love the Hairclub! Both my wife and I are both members of the Hairclub Its changed my life and it's giving me such a positive image of myself. My technician is Bridget and she is so wonderful and professional. Her professionalism is the best I’ve ever seen. She can do everything and is a real expert. The whole facility is so caring and nice. Everyone there treats you like family. If you want to improve your appearance with any kind of hair problem the Hair Club is the answer.
I am thrilled with the xtrands , ext products but especially Bridget. She is amazing. After only three months my hair is looking thicker. In fact I no longer feel the need to take a eye brow pencil to camouflage my scalp. Everyone who works here is amazing. I look forward to every appointment. A year ago I had pretty much lost the hair on my temples and suffered from an allergy to minoxidil. I joined HCMW in August and have followed their EXT program, with the exception that I do not use the minoxidil. I bought the laser hair band and use it as directed along with the other products. Eight months later and I am extremely pleased. The hair on my temples has regenerated and at this point is about 2 1/2 inches long.
