We had a chip in one of our kitchen laminate floor tiles. Josh was very helpful in getting the repair done. He is very personable, stayed in contact, and updated us on where we were in the scheduling. Josh and Doug did a very professional job. Excellent work at a fair price. Highly recommend.
Had kitchen, hallway and bathroom floor tile installed a few years ago. This year had tile put on the basement stairs to match the hallway and bathroom. Josh could not have been more professional. I had my carpet measured, put deposit down. when carpet was to be installed the measurement was incorrect. Was told I would get a call with in an hour of installers leaving that did not happen. Was told I would have call back by owner or ****** by end of day, that did not happen. Was told carpet was on truck but could not install for another five days. I acknowledge we needed more carpet to do a proper install. I disagree with comments from this consumer. First we did not have stock of this carpet, which means we had to order it from Georgia. Which can take 3-5 business days. The sentence that says "was told carpet was on truck but could not install for another five days" was told to them on Friday night. They were talked to at least twice on Friday about this. I also got a text from my sales person at 5:19 on Friday stating the husband was coming in on Saturday to cancel.... read more
Complaint: I contracted with Hales Corners Flooring for new linoleum in my kitchen for $660.00 I paid $300 down and $360 upon completion of installation. "*****" their installer came to my condo on 9-9-14 to install the new floor. He was here for about 10 minutes and then decided I needed to have plywood installed over the floor before he could put the new linoleum down. He left for about a half an hour and returned with plywood which he installed and then the linoleum. He then informed me I owed an extra $90 for the plywood... read more
