Honestly hands down the best would recommend to anyone. Gabe the sales rep hands down the best went through hoops and great lengths for me to walk away with what I wanted 10/10 will use again and can confidently say halls has gained a for life costumer!! We bought two Polaris Rangers from Hal’s, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Gabe and Michael. The value we received from each machine was incredibly good, and I highly recommend working with these guys.
Came in solely to look with my buddy. I walked out with a z400 and he with a 40th anniversary ninja 600. The staff at Hall’s Motorsports Birmingham was nothing short of incredible. I have been searching for a specific bike for the better part of a month for my son for Christmas. Initially, I spoke with Gabe on the phone who knew exactly what I wanted and when he told me he had one in stock, I was ecstatic. Gabe said to come down to the store and that he would hold it for me. Gabe and Mike were awesome! Excellent customer service and they really value their customers. I was able to get a few ATVs with little to no hassle, the process was smooth and easy. I’ll definitely be back to see Gabe when it’s time to get my side-by-side!
