Had Halo replace the garage door and spring. Installer was on time. Job took about 2 hours. Cleaned up after it was completed. Great job.
Matt and his team are fantastic. They came to my house in The Woodlands and check my garage door give me some options and help me find the perfect replace to my door. Now my house looks beautiful with a garage door that looks like wood but will last forever.
excellent service i originally called another garage door company to come out, they were late and then could not provide an exact quote even standing with me in the garage so i sent them away. O'Brien Garage Doors of Houston is Great but Expensive! Chris just left. Total cost was $415 to replace rollers, add new spring, and tune up. Yes he was done in less than an hr. but don't have to worry about it breaking in the future. This is our second house and wanted it tuned up before it broke like at our first house. It was getting noisy so I knew that was a sign to have something done!
O'Brien Garage Doors of Houston is OUTSTANDING I just wanted to say that Chris, our master safety/technician here in Houston on Saturday July 25th, performed a fabulous job, with very little sleep from the instal the night before. On Monday Aug 30th Jose C***** came out to my property to assist me in replacing my current roll-up garage doors with insulated ones. Two 10x12 doors and one 10x10 door. I explained to him that I wanted to get the exact same color of buckskin tan. Which he explained would be no problem. Mr. Davidson ordered doors from us, and the manufacturer color name changed from Buckskin Tan to Light Stone. During the change of color name, the product representative at the manufacturer explained that it was simply a color name change not a change in color itself. To quickly get the order placed and reduce lead times, the sales team failed to double verify the color with a color swatch or review of the customer, instead taking the word of the product expert at the manufacturer. Service calls for $47.50 They charge a service call and don't tell you when you call for a appointment Maybe they train their girls to leave that fact out. Idiot who answered the phone couldn't understand why I called. Guy came out and said my door was broken and needed to be fixed. No surprise there. Call anyone else. This is a RIP OFF!
Less than Honorable This company charged me over $500.00 including tax on labor (which should not be collected on labor in TX) for less than 1 HR of work. He HAMMERED out a door panel, bent the rail to avoid having to detach and reset it, reattached a garage door opener and replaced two springs. He was there and I had no internet or phone book to verify pricing (at my rent house), not to mention the good ol' trust factor.
