My smoke detector was chirping very loudly. I emailed Amy and Charlie came up right away and fixed it. I work from home and talk to patients. So I was very appreciative.

Moro no condomínio há 6 meses e tive um problema no meu banheiro e fui atendida. Gosto muito do condomínio só acho ruim o morador de cima que lava o deck e joga água suja no meu.

My ac was not working. Maintenance came up accessed it and ordered a new unit. It was replaced within a couple of days which was very much appreciated. Thank you for the fast turnaround.

I love love love living here. It’s beautiful outside- the flowers, the bushes and trees. Swimming pool is divine. The best, nicest maintenance people that fix everything so fast.. the Office management girls, Barbara and Amy, are the kindest, sweetest, amazing women in the world. If there is an issue with anything; they take care of it as stat as possible. They always have a smile and a kind gesture to go with the smile. I feel so safe here!!! T you Hamilton Village for such an amazing place to live.

Your maintenance crew is rude and inconsiderate. They also don't fix things unless its quick nd easy. Of the 13 things I have asked to be fixed, only 8 have been fixed. 2 of the problems we have put in multiple requests as they affect our day to day life.
