They offered great service and professional customer service up until the 1 month service was over following re-plastered service. I elected for the white plaster only. It’s beautiful. Did not want the pebble plaster due to budget and debris erosion with time. I have a pool with white plaster which lasted 20 years. I was encouraged to use pebble plaster to “hide stains”. Hamlin pools had clear instructions to not let a dog out of the property. Not only did the worker let the dog out….our dog was hit and killed. Then the worker said the dog bit him, then the story changed to “was going to bite him” then changed to was scared of being bit. Just fess up to the mistake. It’s an awful awful circumstance but you don’t have to lie. It makes this mess worse. Even before the dog the pool turned green and they wouldn’t service it for weeks.
