Same thing, different location when it comes to apartments. People don't pick up after their dogs -even though there are poop bag stations in the complex. Parking needs to be better enforced. Someone turned the visitor lot into a used car sales lot, which I thought was hilarious. Also, someone decided to park in the middle of the parking lane and block cars. The sewer bill will be 50 dollars one month then 200 the next. That situation was just the straw that broke the back. Trust and believe there’s more reasons to choose a better place who cares just a little more about the tenets’ finances. Oh and Flooding is horrible every time it rains and we were charged a “storm water” fee one time lol. Pay it or get a late fee. So yeah. Random pop up payments, and reoccurring maintenance issues. An absolutely positive experience from the moment I submitted my maintenance request until the time it was finished. Nothing but professionalism and kindness, and a genuine sense of care from Todd.
Ever since Mrs.Nancy became property manager things have been smooth she’s great at communication and is very understanding. I would refer friends and family to any properties she mange. 10/10
