Real estate agents, please be careful with David at the sales office. He will contact your clients after meeting with him to try and convince them to use their preferred realtors. This is very unethical. If a client already has a realtor and tells you they are not interested in yours, why continue pushing it? David called my clients after we met with him to tell them about their preferred realtors. Already beginning the process in an untrustworthy way. My client was so disgusted, he decided not to go with this builder.

Beautiful development that is currently being built. Extremely nice homes floor plans. My only gripe is the HOA for the properties. I do not care for them at all and decided not to go with this builder.
