They initially responded to some needs, at least in order to get paid a lot of money on the front end, but then were very poor at delivery of results. The worst was trying to get them to answer their phones or return messages later on. I'm not even sure they are in business anymore. If they would even reach out to resolve some issues, I would be willing to edit my ratings, but at this point I doubt that will happen. Probably better look for a reputable, larger, more responsive company!
