From start to finish, our experience at Hanna cars was exceptional. After tirelessly searching various dealerships, sometimes hours away, we realized we should have gone directly to Hanna in the first place. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional and displays absolutely no remorse for their carelessness. My partner has had his eye on a beautiful 2009 BMW 3 series for about a month now. He reached out to this company and spoke to a salesperson by the name of PATRICIA.
