Easy to talk with. Doesn't talk down to me. Makes good recommendations with appropriate explanations.
I was surprised at how brief my 'physical' appointment was. She ordered tests but didn't do much else. They still double billed for a physical and an office appontment though, even though I don't take a lot of medications and don't have chronic health problems. I messaged the office to ask about medications and got told I need to make an appointment. I guess because they can't bill for a My Chart message? I won't be going back there again.
Sorry, I cannot recommend Dr. Carlsen. First and only visit to her was rushed and unsatisfying in multiple ways.
