BEWARE! Entrusted this company with my two small dogs, and they decided to separate them for the entirety of their stay….9 nights. This information was never disclosed to me after three “check in calls”. This company displays a complete lack of compassion and customer service. After asking for further detail, I was confronted with false accusations by the manager. Thank you for entrusting us with the care of your dogs. We've had the opportunity to discuss the situation with Mr. Moericke regarding your canine companions boarding with us. It was a challenging decision, but due to one of your dogs being diagnosed with pneumonia on 11/30, as well as hookworm, our veterinarians recommended a quarantine as a medical decision.
